Often times we are told to think outside the box. That is what marketing and ad agencies do every single day in order to sell their product. It is also what I, as a student, am often told when attempting to stand out from the crowd and catch the eye of potential employers as I enter the real world soon.
Oreo made fun of the Superdome with their blackout ad after the little incident in New Orleans. Go Daddy always has their obnoxiously over the top Super Bowl commercials that you can’t look away from. I think the technique used in this video, however used for more of a realistic purpose, is one of those times when the marketing team got it right. I hope to come up with these ideas one day.
